i loved how spacious and clean the apartment was. kitchen facilities were fully equipped. the location was great, near the shopping mall. i also appreciated the coffee station in the communal area.
the hallways were a little noisy and i could hear some sounds from the gym below this was a minor disturbance though.

the apartment was spacious and tidy. it was generally acceptable.
I found the noise from the hallways quite disturbing. i was also bothered by the noise from the gym below. It definitely impacted my rest. it was hard to relax properly.

the studio room had a decent amount of space overall.
the heating and aircon seemed to run constantly. i couldn't seem to get the temperature right, annoying. the hallways were also noisy, and i could hear sounds from the gym below. it wasn't the quietest experience.
